About Ed Joffe

Edward M. Joffe has concentrated his law practice in the areas of international law and business in South Florida since 1985. He is AV rated by Martindale- Hubbell, has been selected as a “Super Lawyer” in International Law – 2006 –09 and is a Board Certified Attorney in International Law by the Florida Bar.

Mr. Joffe’s extensive leadership activities include serving as The Chair of the International Law Certification Committee and International Law Section for the Florida Bar. For the past 10 years, he has been the principal author of the “Update on Intellectual Property Litigation in the 11th Circuit”, which consists of written materials for the spring meetings held by the Business Law Section of the ABA.

Mr. Joffe’s C.L.E. Presentations for both Florida Bar and ABA events have included: “Issues Concerning Personal Jurisdiction and Appropriateness of Anti-Suit Injunctions," “Intellectual Property Across International Frontiers”; “Legal Aspects of Letters of Credit,” and “International Aspects of Litigation. He also served as Chair of the ABA program “Introduction to International Commercial Law for Nonexperts”.
